This is a casual coffee meetup designed for those who appreciate meaningful conversations and reflections. The goal is to delve into your emotional intelligence, gain insights, and listen to others who may seek a fresh perspective.

No unsolicited advice, no performance pressure—just a welcoming space to talk, listen, reflect, and connect at your own pace.

⚠️ Important: If you RSVP and need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling last minute can hinder the facilitator's preparation and isn’t respectful of others' time.

📝 Ground Rules:

1. ⏰ Be on Time - Punctuality is crucial! Late arrivals can disrupt the flow and dynamics of the group. Arriving on time helps avoid awkward situations and facilitates proper introductions.
2. 🤝 Be Respectful - This is non-negotiable. Respectful disagreement is welcome, but disrespect will not be tolerated. Homophobia, sexism, racism, bullying, and any form of hostility are unacceptable. The host has discretion in these matters.
3. 👥 Show Up - If you RSVP, we expect you to attend. If you change your mind, please withdraw your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. There are others on the waiting list eager to join!
