The European Tech Sovereignty Summit 2026 will convene a select group of European leaders at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris, in a landmark setting where diplomacy meets innovation.
As an official side event of VivaTech 2026, this exclusive evening will bring together 150 carefully selected participants from across Europe’s technology, investment, corporate, and policy ecosystems.
More than a conference, the Summit is designed as a high-level networking evening: a curated moment for meaningful exchanges between policymakers, scale-up founders, investors, corporate leaders, and strategic technology stakeholders.
At a time when Europe’s position in the global tech race is being redefined, the evening will create space for conversations around one essential question:
How can Europe build, fund, and scale the strategic technologies required to strengthen its sovereignty?
From artificial intelligence and defence technologies to critical infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, energy, semiconductors, and scale-up financing, the event will bring together the people shaping Europe’s next chapter in technology and strategic autonomy.
Following three successful editions, the 2026 Summit will raise the level of ambition once again, creating a trusted environment for senior decision-makers to connect, exchange perspectives, and identify concrete opportunities for collaboration.
Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the room and the depth of exchange.
