The Explorer Dome returns to the Cathedral this summer with an exciting new show! 🌟

Join us for a journey through the world of science and sound in our inflatable six-metre Mobile Planetarium! 🛸 Explore and question:

• Vibration
• Sound waves
• Frequency
• Pitch
• Hearing

Have fun learning answers to intriguing questions like:

• How fast is sound?
• Why do astronauts need radios?
• How do bats see in the dark?

With thunder, lightning, and hands-on activities, you'll even get to make your own spin drum! 🎶 Decorate your musical instrument to bring it to life!

• Duration: 45 minutes
• Suitability: Families and children aged 5+
• Showtimes: 10:00 am, 11:15 am, 12:30 pm, 2:15 pm, 3:15 pm

This event requires two tickets:

1. Cathedral Admission Ticket – available online or at the door.
2. Explorer Dome Ticket
   • Acceptable for Cathedral Admission:
     • A paid admission ticket
     • Valid annual pass (within 12 months of purchase)
     • Free Salisbury resident ticket (with proof of address SP1–SP5)
