This experience is a unique blend of yoga, dance, somatic breathwork, and archetypal storytelling. You'll be welcomed into a sensual, non-performative environment where there’s no pressure to get it “right.” The class is loosely guided with various movement prompts, encouraging you to explore your own self-expression instead of copying choreography.

In this special edition, we'll evoke your inner "sacred slt", providing space to be bothholy and dirty* at the same time.

Kell is an embodiment facilitator and the founder of Fem Flow. After over a decade as a yoga teacher, she sought a class that felt more expressive and emotional. Fem Flow was born as a way for people to move through stuck emotions, reclaim their pleasure, and step into their next version of themselves. Her work uniquely blends the mystical and practical, drawing from somatics, rave culture, and drama therapy. Fem Flow holds regular classes at YesHoney in St. Louis and has been featured in music festivals across the country, including Elements & Symmetry.
