Female Founders Breakfast: Berlin

Female Founders Breakfast: Berlin

Über die Veranstaltung

This edition: Building a business as an expat ⛵

This breakfast brings together a curated group of solopreneurs and startup founders, each of them invited to share about their projects, intentions, and challenges as we create space for exchange and collaboration.

Building a business as an expat woman is not just a professional journey. It is deeply personal.

In this session, Nistha Trehun, Workplace Culture Consultant, shares her real story of becoming an entrepreneur in a new country, without an existing network, familiar systems, or a clear roadmap.

She will speak honestly about the early uncertainty, the fear of getting things wrong, and the pressure of having to figure everything out from scratch while adapting to a new environment.

Alongside the challenges, she also shares what this journey taught me about growth, identity, and persistence.

Building a business as an expat required learning how to stay grounded, how to create community, and how to design work that felt sustainable rather than exhausting.
