Feral Book Crawl - National Book Lovers Day📚😍

🌟 Join Feral Women of the West for a day of books, community, and sweet treats! We're celebrating National Book Lovers Day with a self-guided book crawl through some of the Valley's best independent bookstores, a comic shop, and a few delicious stops along the way. 📚

✨ How It Works:
This is a crawl, not a race! 🐢 You are welcome to join for the full day or pop in at the stops that work for you. There's no requirement to attend every location, but the more you join, the more you'll get to know your fellow feral women (and the more chances you'll have to win our scavenger hunt prizes!).

Stops Include:

1. 📚 Grassrootz Bookstore (Starting Point): 1145 E. Washington St, Phoenix
2. 📚 Changing Hands Bookstore: 300 W. Camelback Rd, Phoenix
3. 🧋 Teana Boba Tea Cafe: 3503 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix
4. 📚 Bookmans Entertainment Exchange: 8034 N. 19th Ave, Phoenix
5. 📖 Dreadnought Comics: 2734 W. Bell Rd #1346, Phoenix
6. 📚📖 BOOKOFF: 2340 W Bell Rd, Phoenix
7. 🍨 FINAL STOP: TBD (will be shared with registered attendees!)

What to Expect:
📚 Explore 4 unique bookstores + 1 comic shop
🧋 Refuel with boba, coffee, snacks, and ice cream along the way
🎲 Play our "Feral Babes" scavenger hunt—complete challenges, find items, and get to know your fellow Feral Women of the West
🏆 Win prizes for completing rows and full-card challenges
🍦 End the day with a sweet treat at TBD (for registered attendees)

Parking & Logistics:
Free parking is available at all stops (some lots are smaller. Arrive a few minutes early to find a spot)
Carpooling encouraged! Reply to your confirmation email if you need a ride or have an extra seat
Light rail nearby at Grassrootz and Changing Hands for anyone who prefers not to drive

What to Bring:

• Comfortable shoes (we'll be doing a fair bit of walking!)
• A reusable bag (for any treasures you find)
• Cash or card (for purchases, food, and drinks)

Can I join late or leave early?
Absolutely! This is a low-pressure, drop-in-when-you-can event. Come for one stop or come for all of them! You're welcome either way. The only thing we ask is that if you register, you let us know if your plans change so we can keep an eye out for you!
