Finish Liza’s Run

We are super excited to announce that we will once again Finish Liza’s Run! This run was created and continues as a way to honor Liza’s life and allow ourselves to reclaim the safety of all runners, at all hours. The goal is to empower each other and emphasize that we should be able to safely run any time of day. All are welcome. This course is 8.2 miles. It will start at Central and Belvedere and run east on Central to Zach Curlin St before turning back and return the start. Each mile will be marked so participants can manage their distance if they choose to modify. There will not be shuttles. Water stops provided at various locations on the 8.2 mile course.Memphis Police and Memphis Fire Dept presence, course marshals, and road closures will be in place. Your safety is our priority.We ask that participants follow these guidelines:Wear bright colors and a bright light if you have itRespect the neighborhoods we park in and run through as it will be early morningNo DogsNo BikesAll paces are welcome but the road will be opened to traffic at 7amThis event is free and open to both men and women. ~All are asked to RSVP to this event if you plan to attend in any capacity. Parking is available on the street and at Cathedral of Immaculate Conception.This run is not a fundraiser and free to the public.Additional volunteers are not needed at this time.Thank you!
