Join us for a conversation with Josey from Josey Baker Bread, who has been baking since 2011 and co-owns The Mill, which recently bounced back from a fire that temporarily closed operations. In less than two weeks, they were back to baking some of our favorite breads!

We’re also excited to welcome Azikiwee Anderson “Z” from Rize Up Bakery. Z started making sourdough during quarantine, and within a year, his backyard ovens couldn’t keep up with the demand for his OG sourdough. Always busy, Z is currently writing his first cookbook and working to open Rize’s first brick-and-mortar location.
