*FREE EVENT* Slow Summer at Brooklyn Bridge Park

Grab a blanket and a book and meet us on the Pier 6 lawn for the kind of Sunday afternoon summer was made for.
Reading Rhythms is partnering with Brooklyn Bridge Park for Slow Summer. This is the second of three Slow Summer reading parties happening at BBP this season. Live music. Waterfront views. A couple hundred people reading together for the afternoon.
What to expect:
A low-key, unplugged Sunday afternoon on the waterfront
The Reading Rhythms experience, but outside, including 1 hour of reading to live music
1-on-1 breakout conversations and group discussion with fellow readers
What to bring:
BYO blanket (or towel, or yoga mat, no chairs on the lawn, please!)
BYO book (any book, any genre, whatever you want to read)
BYO sunscreen, water, sunglasses, and hat
A friend if you want, or come solo!
This is free and open to the public, but RSVPs help us plan, so claim your spot.
