🎉 Join us for Freeform Dance Dance, where movement meets self-expression! 🌍💃 Experience a joyful workout that feels more like a dance party in your living room with friends!

🔊 No dancing skills required! Just come as you are—this is movement therapy for every body, at any age. Our eclectic playlist includes dance music from around the globe, featuring popular artists and genres like dance/funk, Bollywood, 80s & 90s hip hop, and more!

🪘 Enjoy fun props such as instruments, jump ropes, scarves, and drums, plus yoga mats for your comfort. Song requests? Let us know by Thursday!

💰 Admission:

• Adults: $15 - $25
• Kids (13-17): $5 - $15 (sliding scale)
• Children (12 & under): $5 suggested (pay what you can)
