FULL MOON SOUND JOURNEY

Join us for a transformative Sound Journey during the Sturgeon Moon, coinciding with a partial lunar eclipse! This powerful celestial event, happening on 28 August, invites emotional release, reflection, and renewal.

The full moon amplifies energy, making us sensitive to its shifts. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, moving stagnant energy and inviting emotional clarity. This eclipse energy encourages us to let go of the past, creating a space for insight, balance, and renewal.

Lie back and receive the sound, guiding you into deep presence, where tension melts away and your natural flow is restored. This is a rare opportunity to harmonize with the moon’s luminous energy while nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

🕰️ Timing Notes:
We aim to start on time, so please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Once we begin, the door will be closed, allowing for an uninterrupted experience. Sessions will typically last for a minimum of one hour and may run longer due to the natural flow of the evening.

If you need to leave early, please let us know in advance, and we will support you in that.

🧳 What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• 2 blankets: one for under you, one to keep warm
• Pillow for comfort
  Optional: eye mask, any personal crystals

Mats and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring your own for added comfort. Prefer sitting? Bring a chair, like a camping chair.
