Workshop Details:

  • Saturday and Sunday, September 5th & 6th, 2026

  • Studio MISSION at 7-9 Fashion Street, London E1 6PX (Just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station)

Workshops Offered:

1. Handstands: The Basics (For Beginners and Intermediates)

   • When: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
   • Price: £165 for both days (2x 3h)

2. Handstands: The Advanced (For Intermediates and Advanced)

   • When: Saturday &/OR Sunday, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
   • Price: £165 for both days (2x 3h) / £85 for 1 day (3h)

What You Will Learn:

• The Basics: Establish a solid base for handstands, understand alignment points, and learn balance strategies with wall drills.
• The Advanced: Focus on refining handstand shapes, advanced transitions, and one-arm handstand exploration.

Cancellation Policy:

• Less than 24 hours notice: No credit/refund.
• 24 hours to 7 days notice: 75% refund or 100% credit.
• More than 7 days notice: Full refund or studio credit.
