🍴 Hands-On Activities: Participate in a wild plant tasting and planting session, plus take home your own edible plant!
🌼 Guided Tour: Conclude with an enlightening tour of Long Pasture's native edible garden, witnessing these plants flourish in their natural environment.

Meet the Instructors:

  • Russ Cohen: A veteran naturalist and wild foods enthusiast, Russ brings over fifty years of experience and is the author of Wild Plants I Have Known…and Eaten.
  • Dave Scandurra: Founder of Edible Landscapes of Cape Cod, Dave integrates native wild edibles into garden designs.
  • Dan Jaffe Wilder: With extensive experience as an ecologist and horticulturist, Dan is the former Director of Applied Ecology at Norcross Wildlife Foundation.
