Family Constellations offer a profound and experiential method to explore these hidden dynamics, fostering greater understanding, movement, and inner peace. Through group work, we create a supportive space where the unseen becomes visible, opening up new perspectives and possibilities.

This rejuvenating retreat takes place at Opaker Gård, nestled amidst serene forests and nature, providing the perfect backdrop to slow down, reconnect, and reflect on what truly matters.

My approach to this deep energy work transcends merely identifying family and personal patterns. It emphasizes feeling and safely releasing trauma, shock, and stagnant energy residing in the body and energy field. Together, we will identify, acknowledge, and release personal and generational patterns along with the burdens they carry.

As the work unfolds, a profoundly supportive energy emerges, allowing for deeper integration. 🌿

No prior experience is necessary! This retreat welcomes everyone, whether you're new to Family Constellations or have some familiarity. Curiosity and an open heart are all that is needed. The sessions will be conducted in simple English, and Norwegian is also welcome if preferred.
