Idun Yearly Meeting 2026

🌟 Calling all Idun Residents! 🌟
If you're a student with an official lease at Idun (Norra Stationsgatan 99) and are interested in becoming part of the Idun Tenants' Association (ITA), or simply curious about our operations, you are warmly invited to our Yearly Meeting!

Join us as we:

🗳️ Elect a new board to represent our community

As a board member, you'll have the opportunity to:

• 🤝 Organize social events to connect with your neighbors
• 🏆 Influence and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing life at Idun
• 🌐 Network with board members from sister associations
• 💰 Participate in budget allocation decisions for our association
• 🔑 Increase your chances of joining the board of SSF (Stockholms Studenthyresgästers Förening) and getting involved in yearly rent negotiations with SSSB

Nomination Process

You can nominate yourself for the board during the meeting. To be considered for nomination, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

1. Hold a valid rental contract with SSSB verifying your residence at Idun.
2. Be registered (folkbokförd) at the same address as your rental contract.
3. Be present at the Yearly Meeting on February 24th, 2026.
