I'm A Stranger Here Myself by Kevin Luna + short films by Peter Larsson and Salad Hilowle

Join us for a mesmerizing evening as we present I'M A STRANGER HERE MYSELF, Kevin Luna's debut scripted feature film. 🌟 Set against the stunning backdrop of Los Angeles, this film explores the Millennial Nightmare through five poignant stories:

• A single mother who steals packages 📦
• An aging influencer 📲
• A young couple in love 💑
• A pizza delivery man 🍕
• Two individuals enjoying iced drinks on a quiet street 🧊

Despite their intertwining emotions, none of the stories intersect, leaving us with a sense of loneliness amidst California's beauty.

Cast & Crew

Featuring an ensemble cast including Lindsey Normington (Anora), Bambina (Bloodbarn), and Adlet Volpi, along with music by WEILS (Isak Sundstrom ex. Pascal & Jonas Teglund) and an immersive sound design by Jonathan Dakers (A Poet, Egghead Republic, Forever). 🎶

This event also showcases short films:

• KEYHOLE CONVERSATIONS by artist and stop-motion animator Peter Larsson, previously shown at Rotterdam and The New York Film Festival. 🎨
• A special triptych presentation of MAROONEN by Salad Hilowle, currently exhibited at the National Museum. 🖼️
