Meet Your Teacher: Jake has been on a yoga journey since 2016. He cherishes not only the physical aspect of yoga but also its mental benefits. Transformative experiences through breath during challenging poses have deepened his connection to the practice. After years of learning, he trained to teach at his home studio, Love Yoga. Jake is excited to share his knowledge and help you discover the fullness of yoga!
