Iron & Wine - An Off the Cuff Concert

Iron & Wine will headline Guthrie Green’s 2026 Off the Cuff Concert Series with a FREE show on Sunday, October 25. The performance is part of the band’s world tour in support of their upcoming album, Hen’s Tooth, set for release on February 27. Known for their intimate songwriting and warm, genre-blending sound, Iron & Wine seamlessly weave indie folk with elements of folk rock, Americana, and lo-fi.The concert will feature opening performances by folk duo DUG and singer-songwriter Ken Pomeroy.ABOUT IRON & WINESam Beam is a singer-songwriter who has been creating music as Iron & Wine for over a decade. A Cherokee artist raised in Moore, Oklahoma, her music blends empathetic storytelling with rootsy, indie-folk textures and a soprano that can soothe or devastate in equal measure. Guided by ancestral wisdom and lived experience, Pomeroy creates deeply cathartic songs that offer both hurt and hope.Her latest album, Cruel Joke (Rounder Records, 2025), is a brutally honest, proudly Native American collection that has quickly drawn attention. Her music has appeared on the Twisters soundtrack and Hulu’s Reservation Dogs, and she’s toured with artists like Lukas Nelson, Iron & Wine, and American Aquarium, with performances at Newport Folk and Telluride Bluegrass Festivals.
