Put on your glad rags and get ready for an evening of live swing jazz in the heart of New Westminster! 🌟 Whether you're looking to swing out, join the jazz jam, or simply tap your toes and enjoy the show, this fun and inclusive evening with the Uptown Swing Collective, in partnership with the City of New Westminster, is for you!

This event is a jazz jam! 🎵 Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments and join the band for a couple of songs. The jazz jam will take place during the first set; jammers should arrive by 6:45 PM to sign up and connect with our jam coordinator and band leader. Spots are limited, so come early to secure your chance to play!

Ticket Info:

• $22 per person (16+ years) - Regular price (available until 1 PM on the day of the event)
• $26 per person (16+ years) - Last minute tickets (available after 1 PM)

Ticket price includes light refreshments and a beginner Lindy Hop dance lesson (partner not required).
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds; please reach out if payment is an issue.

Schedule:

• 6:30 PM: Doors open
• 6:45 PM: Beginner Lindy Hop dance lesson
• 7:30 PM: Live music and social dancing 🎤

Century House - 620 Eighth St., New Westminster
👟 Public transit: Bus stops for the 101, 105, 123, 128, and 155 are within a 5-minute walk from the venue.
🚗 Limited parking available off Eighth St, with ample street parking around Moody Park.

Please stay home if you're not feeling well. Let's work together to keep our community safe by practicing good hygiene. Mask-wearing is optional; respect others' choices and offer to wear a mask if you're dancing with someone who is.

🚫 This is not a licensed event, so please do not bring adult beverages or snacks into Jazz Cats Social.

Refund policy:
If you can no longer attend after purchasing tickets, please reach out by 1 PM on the day of the event to transfer your ticket(s) to another month or request a refund.
