Jazz Concert by Milan Kašuba and His Guests

Masaryk University invites you to its traditional end-of-summer concert, this time featuring jazz guitar legend Milan Kašuba and his guests.

The concert, titled “When the Strings of Life Resonate,” will enliven the summer evening on Thursday, August 27, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. under the covered atrium of the Divadlo na Orlí theater.

Performers: Milan Kašuba, guitar; Dáša Ubrová, vocals and narration; Maxmilian Wittmann, guitar; Vladan Ronner, Hammond organ; Martin Kleibl, drums; Josef Javůrek, vocals and guitar; Petr Pauk, saxophone; Štěpán Žák, double bass; and Martin Maleček, drums.

We invite students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends of Masaryk University, and the general public. Come and let yourself be carried away by the syncopation alongside Milan Kašuba and other Brno jazz musicians.

Admission to the concert is free.
