Born in 1958 in Thessaloniki, Greece, Christos met Lama Ole Nydahl in 2008, leading him to take Buddhist Refuge in 2009. In July 2015, he was invited by Lama Ole to start teaching Buddhism, sharing his insights and experiences. Christos balances his spiritual path with his role as a manager in the IT industry and cherishes family life with his wife and son.
