Less Stack, More Growth (Building the Ultimate GTM Tech Stack Without the Bloat)

Über die Veranstaltung

The explosion of AI and SaaS tools has transformed how modern companies build and scale go-to-market teams. But with thousands of solutions promising better productivity, automation, and insights, many organizations find themselves managing bloated tech stacks, disconnected data, and rising software costs.
Join us for an engaging discussion on how today’s fastest-growing companies are designing lean, high-impact GTM stacks that drive revenue without unnecessary complexity. We’ll explore the tools teams actually use, how they integrate systems across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations, and how leaders evaluate which tools to adopt, consolidate, or retire.
Whether you’re building your first GTM motion or optimizing an existing one, you’ll walk away with practical insights on leveraging AI, improving operational efficiency, and creating a connected GTM ecosystem that scales with your business and not against it.
With limited seating available, attendance is reserved for founders and GTM leaders at B2B SaaS and AI startups.

He spent 14 years at Box in various roles – most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales, where he built global teams and worked with product and marketing to transform the company into a multi-product platform. He helped steer Box from early stage through IPO and beyond – growing revenue from tens of millions to more than $1 billion in ARR. Before Box, he held roles at HP and Oracle.

Josh Norris - Startup GTM Advisor
Josh builds go-to-market engines for B2B SaaS startups, turning early revenue into fundable growth. At Hyperbound (YC S23), he helped it scale from $0 to $1M ARR in 11 months and through a $15M Series A at Peak XV. He has also driven $0 to $900K ARR at Syft AI, advised Warmly from ~$1M to $7.5M ARR, and worked with 90+ startups (14 YC).
Now Josh designs GTM systems starting with a 4-week narrative sprint (positioning, ICP, messaging) followed by ongoing growth engines across content, outbound, and customer proof.
Partners:
Salesbricks helps SaaS teams close faster and bill smarter.  One seamless platform for quoting, payments, and revenue insights.
Virio helps founders and GTM leaders of verticalized B2B companies turn LinkedIn into a repeatable revenue channel. Across their own content and  clients', they have generated $130M+ in pipeline, 46M+ impressions, and 14,000+ meetings booked.
Virio builds content that creates pipeline signals, books meetings, and shortens sales cycles while acting on the signals created through warm outbound. Most early-stage founders treat content as a brand play. Virio has proven it can be a pipeline engine that works especially well for founders.
Pylon is the AI-native B2B post-sales platform that helps companies scale customer support and customer success. By unifying conversations, customer data, and AI-powered workflows across Slack, Teams, email, and more, Pylon enables teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
Reevo is a Revenue Operating System built from scratch, with AI as the foundation, not a feature.  It encompasses prospecting, outreach, dialer, sequences, meeting intelligence, pipeline management, and forecasting all live in one platform. No integrations. No tab-switching. No Frankenstack. They raised $80M from Khosla Ventures and Kleiner Perkins at a $500M valuation before most people had heard of them. The founding team scaled DoorDash’s engineering from a $700M valuation to $75B at IPO.
