LLB National Day - Come explore Brussels!

Join Language Buddies for a delightful celebration of Belgian National Day in Brussels! Experience a day rich in culture, traditions, food, and festivities as we explore the heart of Belgium together. Whether you're new to the country or a seasoned resident, this event offers a wonderful chance to meet new friends and soak up the festive atmosphere.

What to Expect:

• Morning Departure: We start our journey from Leuven on the 9:18 AM train to Brussels (IC3632). Be punctual!
• Explore Brussels: Spend the morning choosing from exciting options such as:
  • Free visits to the Parliament
  • Strolling through the Warande Park with fun activities and parades
  • Museums like Autoworld (entrance fee applies)
  • Iconic spots like Manneken Pis and enjoy some delicious waffles!
• Lunch: We will convene around 1 PM for a delightful Belgian lunch.
• Military Parade: Experience the military parade around 3 PM as we position ourselves for the spectacle.
• Dinner and Evening Concert: After dinner in the city center, we will head to Park Cinquantenaire for a live concert featuring wonderful Belgian artists to conclude our celebrations!
• Return Trip: We will catch the last train back to Leuven departing around 11 PM.

Invite Your Curiosity: Everyone is welcome! We encourage you to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your Belgian spirit.
