Teena Marie, born in 1956 in California, made waves with her mesmerizing voice after signing with Motown Records. Her first hit, 'I'm A Sucker For Your Love' from the debut album 'Wild and Peaceful', paved the way for an illustrious career filled with unforgettable hits including 'Behind The Groove', 'Fix It', 'Square Biz', and the iconic 'Ooo La La La'—a track famously sampled by The Fugees.
