Join us for a morning filled with movement, community, and recovery! 🏃‍♂️💨 We’ll run together and then slow down together.

BESO Balance is collaborating with Lucky Stride for a special edition that kicks off on the streets and concludes perfectly with a post-run stretch led by LS, followed by brunch and a delightful morning in the sun. ☀️

Schedule:

• Meet at: 8:30 AM
• Run starts at: 9:00 AM

Two groups:

• 5km at 6:00 min/km
• 8km at 4:45 min/km

After the run, LS will lead a 20-minute stretch to help bring your heart rate down. 🧘‍♂️
