OUR LSD RUN (Long Slow Distance) builds the foundation of your endurance. In this session, you train steady pacing, mental stamina, and your ability to sustain effort, key to handling the 8 km of running in your Race.
The focus is on longer, consistent efforts, sometimes complemented by tempo or technique elements. You’ll learn to better understand your body and manage your energy output.
