MALS Pro Se Divorce Clinic

Join us for a FREE legal clinic focused on guiding individuals through the divorce process without the need for an attorney. ✅ The session will kick off with an informative presentation by Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc. covering how to navigate a pro se (meaning "for self") divorce. Following this, attorneys will be available to offer limited legal advice on your eligibility to use pro se divorce forms and to answer any questions you may have about completing these forms.

• Individuals who require legal advice must arrive by 11:30 AM to complete a mandatory intake.
• Please be aware that attorneys can only provide assistance regarding the pro se divorce process if you are present.
• Attorneys are unable to fill out the pro se divorce forms or represent you in court.
