Manus & Matcha

Manus & Matcha

Über die Veranstaltung

Join us for a refreshing iced matcha and a slice of matcha cake in the heart of London this summer! ☀️ We're transforming Matcha Mochi on City Road into a collaborative space for innovation.

Who it's for:
Builders, marketers, founders, operators, and anyone curious about the intersection of matcha and AI—no hardcore coding needed! Understanding a shop's real challenges is just as valuable as technical skills.

What you'll build:
Develop solutions that address real problems faced by small shops. A good idea that solves genuine issues trumps fancy technical stacks! The café owner will present a few challenges to get you started, but feel free to bring your own. You can work solo or in teams of up to 4.

What you get:

  • 10,000 Manus credits 💰
  • Iced matcha and cake, on us! 🍰
  • A space to build, test, and connect with fellow creators
  • A working AI agent to keep and showcase
  • Champions take home 1 month of Manus Pro!

Shape of the day:

  • 🕐 13:00: Doors open, iced matcha served, and check-in
  • 🕑 13:30: Welcome and Manus 101—explore real shop problems for inspiration
  • 🕒 14:00: Build phase begins, with hosts available for support
  • 🕔 17:30: Take a break with food
  • 🕔 18:15: More building time!
  • 🕣 19:30: Time for show and tell—demos limited to three minutes each
  • 🕗 20:00: Judging begins! The crowd and Manus Fellows will select the winner who gets 1 month of Pro.

Judging criteria:
Judges will assess based on real-world usefulness, autonomy of the agent, product thinking, and the clarity of the demo. Remember, you need to build it here—while ideas and frameworks are welcome, the project must be completed during the event.
