Learn simple stitching techniques and discover how fabric and thread can help center your thoughts 🎨. Each participant will leave with their own stitched creation—a tangible reminder of the beauty of slowing down.

All materials are provided! 🎉 Students may wish to bring a small piece of fabric, lace, or something meaningful to incorporate into their stitched work.
