National Tree Day - Our Community, Our Canopy

Join us for a wonderful community effort to grow and enhance Wonthaggi's natural beauty! 🌱

What to Expect:
Come together with fellow community members for a fulfilling morning of tree planting as we strive to restore and protect Wonthaggi's Hidden Gem through the Ecosystems for the Future Project. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to the experience, everyone is welcome to participate.

🌿 BBQ Social:
After our planting efforts, you're warmly invited to a BBQ lunch hosted by Linda and Rod Petitt along with the SGCS Projects Team at:
9 Norman Road, Inverloch. 🌭

Get Ready:

• Please wear sturdy enclosed shoes and long pants. 🥾
• Bring gloves, a hat, and a water bottle! 🧢💧
• Note: There are no public toilets available at the site.

Important:

• In case of severe wet weather, the activity will be postponed. Updates will be shared on the South Gippsland Conservation Society Facebook page.
• We kindly ask you to email your dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) to projects@sgcs.org.au to assist with catering.
