New Moon Yoga: Mommy & Me

Join us for a delightful morning of New Moon Yoga tailored for moms and their little ones at Olivedale Park, Upland! 🌳✨

🧘‍♀️ Led by the amazing Jeneen Formosa, this engaging 1-hour yoga flow welcomes all levels and ages. Bring your children along for a fun-filled experience! The venue features a lovely grassy area right next to a playground, allowing toddlers and older kids to play while you enjoy your practice.

What to Bring:

• Your yoga mat 🧘‍♂️
• Picnic blanket 🧺
• Water 💧
• Any additional comforts you'd like!

To attend, please register and sign a liability waiver.
