On Squad Race London

Forget the track. Forget the road. On Squad Race is taking running to a whole new level. We’re looking for squads from all over the world to take on a spiral course designed to test your legs and your lungs. Only one squad can win.

The format is simple. But don't think it's easy.

It’s a 4x4 relay race against gravity – and the other squads. Each team member races down the spiral and back up before passing the baton (approximately 300m*). A steep incline. All-out effort.

The squad with the fastest combined time takes the crown. And a ticket to LA to represent their city in the World Finale. So, ready your squad and show us what real energy looks like.
