
OUTDOOR YOGA + GENTLE HIKE (EAST SIDE)
Join me for a grounding morning of gentle yoga in the park, followed by an optional hike. A space to move, breathe, and connect — with yourself, with nature, and with community.
What it is:
We’ll begin with a slow, beginner-friendly yoga practice (~45 minutes), followed by an optional ~2.5 mile accessible hike (~1 hour). You’re welcome to join for both or just the portion that feels right for you.
Who it’s for:
Anyone looking to start their weekend feeling good.
Whether you want to get outside, move your body, meet like-minded people, or simply feel the ease of being in a group while in nature — this is for you.
No yoga experience needed.
Why nature:
We’re entering one of the most beautiful times of year to be outside. Spending time in nature is one of the most effective ways to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. This is a gentle, supportive space to experience that shift — without pressure or intensity.

About your host:
Hosted by Nicole Ilana
I guide people into deeper relationship with themselves through inner work and creative expression. My work lives at the intersection of somatic healing, energy work, creative practice, and Jungian psychology.
My path has been shaped by early immersion in Waldorf education, followed by studies in art and psychology at Columbia University. I later traveled to India to study traditional Tantra and Hatha Yoga, and I am certified in yoga and Reiki.
I’m devoted to creating sanctuary spaces—both for individuals and for community—where you can soften, explore, and return to your inner knowing. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
