Madrid is heating up. To beat the summer dust, One Thousand Club is taking our members out of the concrete jungle and heading into nature for a premium lakeside escape. We are taking over a hidden gem tucked away in Valdemorillo for a laid-back afternoon designed for good vibes, incredible music, and refreshing drinks by the water with a crew that completely gets it.
Whether you are looking to push your limits on a wakeboard, learn how to waterski, or simply want to unwind in nature, soak up the sunset, and recharge with a community that likes to do things a little differently, this is your ultimate city escape.

Lakeside Haven: A beautiful afternoon spent at a private nautical club with crystal-clear waters and unbeatable views just 40 minutes outside Madrid.
Tailored Pace: Choose your own speed... jump on a wakeboard, take a waterski class, or kick back on the shore to enjoy laid-back beats as the sun goes down.
Coordinated Logistics: No car? No problem. A dedicated community carpooling group will be organized seamlessly upon registration to get everyone to the venue comfortably.
Optional Dinner: An unhurried, post-event dinner reservation at a nearby charming village to feast and connect into the evening.
Pure Nature Escape: An offline-first environment designed to keep your focus on the water, the music, and the people around you.
What is included in your ticket:
For those who purchase the ticket, you will get time on the water, for an individual waterski or wakeboarding session on a private lake with your captain and teacher.
Duration of each session: 15 minutes
All Ski levels welcome.
Packing List:
Your favorite Swimsuit, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat and an outfit change to be comfortable. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Whether you're in the mood to wakeboard, or just want to relax by nature , soaking up the sunset, this spot is pure laid-back magic for the perfect city escape. Located only 40 minutes out of the city.
Optional Dinner Plan for Connection: Dinner Reservation in Fogon De La Casona

Fogón de la Casona is a charming venue near Madrid, set in a renovated 1940s flour factory. We chose this spot to host you for a beautiful dinner in a nearby village so members can connect and enjoy a feast after this event.
Note to members: This dinner is not included in the ticket price.

Optional Dinner Plan (El Fogón de la Casona): Located nearby in a beautifully restored 1940s flour factory, we have secured a group table reservation for a spectacular post-lake feast. Please note that this dinner is optional and paid for individually at the restaurant.
Dietary Accommodations: Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free restrictions are easily handled at the restaurant venue. Please note any severe allergies in your form.
Timeline
15:30 - 16:00: Arrival, check-in at Ski Club Náutico, and lakeside welcome drinks.
16:00 - 19:00: Lakeside hangout, rotating 15-minute private wakeboard/ski sessions, and chill music.
19:00 - 20:00: Golden hour wind-down, sunset viewing, and packing up.
20:30 - End: Optional community dinner reservation at El Fogón de la Casona.
Introducing your Host: Gastón A.K.A Gato

Hello Everyone! For those who don’t know me already, I’m Gastón (A.K.A. Gato), born and raised in Buenos Aires, and currently in Madrid after many years in Washington DC. A technology and data professional by trade, I’m also a winter sports addict, a water sports lover, a live music fan, a dark humour enthusiast and a major foodie who rarely says no to a good fun plan with nice and interesting people from around the globe. Join us if you’re ready to try some waterskiing, wakeboarding or just refresh and relax with a splash!

Important Details / House Notes
Date: Saturday, July 25.
Time: 15:30 to 20:00 (Dinner following at 20:30).
Capacity: Limited to an intimate table of 12 to 15 participants to maintain conversation quality.
Transport: Car access only. A dedicated WhatsApp Carpooling link will be provided in your confirmation email to coordinate seats and drivers.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are not refundable, but you are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to another member on the community chat.
