Move Against Cancer: Discover the profound impacts of physical activity on our bodies! 🏋️‍♀️ Learn how exercising not only releases signals from muscles that mobilize immune cells but also calms inflammation, enhancing our body's ability to combat diseases. We’ll delve into how these changes can affect cancer risk and recovery, drawing insights from exercise programs focused on individuals with breast cancer.

How Motivated Are You? 😴💪
During this talk, I'll share pivotal findings from my PhD research, examining how being classified as a ‘morning lark’ or ‘night owl’ influences one’s motivation levels. We will uncover the relationship between sleep duration, sleep satisfaction, and different types of motivation.

  • Are morning people inherently more motivated than evening people, or do they simply show motivation at different times? 🤔
  • Does the quality of your sleep affect how energetic and motivated you feel throughout the day? ☀️
  • And importantly, when we don’t get enough sleep, does it merely lead to lower motivation, or does it also diminish the effort we invest in our activities?
