• Partner Swapping: Experience a playful atmosphere focused on interaction and partner rotation every 20 minutes.
• Techniques Covered:
  • Single and double-column ties
  • Various frictions and tension methods
  • Free-form improvisation and much more!
• Materials: Bring 1-3 ropes (8-10 m preferable), but we have some available too!
