⚠️ No Show Policy ⚠️

To keep our events enjoyable for everyone, we’ve implemented a No-Show Policy:

1. No-Show Flagging: Not attending without notifying or changing your RSVP less than 2 hours before the event will result in being marked as a "no-show."
2. Consequences: "No-show" participants will be temporarily banned from Pong Social events for 1 week.
3. Reminder System: You’ll receive reminders for events to help keep your RSVP status up-to-date.
