Salon Maxivive is a collaborative initiative by Nigerian fashion designer and activist Papa Oyeyemi, the founder of Maxivive and member of the DARKMATTER Collective. What started as a proposal in 2023 has now become a platform for dialogue, connecting artists, thinkers, and communities through intimate salon gatherings.

✨ The evening will feature a dinner infused with fashion, ballroom culture, and an open practice led by House of Bodega. Enjoy Nigerian jollof rice while engaging with approximately 100 guests from diverse backgrounds, including creatives, dancers, and members of the ballroom community.

🌈 Together with House of Bodega, we invite you to explore themes of fashion, dance, and identity within the rich history and spirit of ballroom culture. Whether you're a newcomer or seasoned in the scene, this is your chance to participate and celebrate the joy, freedom, and community that ballroom fosters.
