✂️✨ This session invites thoughtful exploration of the political dimensions of homemade and self-published recipe books, the transmission of family and community traditions, and the themes of feminine and collective authorship.
Featuring insights from Félixe KAZI–TANI, who has collaborated on a recipe book inspired by The Whoever Said Dykes Can’t Cook Cookbook by Victoria Ramstetter & Maya Contenta, and Albena SHKODROVA, author of Rebellious Cooks and Recipe Writing in Communist Bulgaria.
