Rise + Shine Outdoor Yoga on the VCFA Green
Join us every Saturday morning for a refreshing Vinyasa Fusion class on the beautiful VCFA Green (top of College Street) in Montpelier! 🌿 This class combines yoga and somatic movement to deepen your mindfulness and breath awareness. Let's bend, flow, move, breathe, and feel good together! 🧘♀️✨
What to Bring:
Please come prepared with your own yoga mat and props, as they will not be provided. A small towel is recommended in case the grass is damp.
Weather Policy:
If it’s raining by 7:00 am or later, the class will be canceled, and you'll receive a refund to your original form of payment. All are welcome!
