Join Ali for our Sunrise Beach Yoga Club at Branksome Beach, located opposite the car park next to Rockwater. Enjoy the serenity of our beautiful beaches in Poole this summer!

Kickstart your day with an energizing and uplifting vinyasa flow yoga session suitable for all levels. Take in the stunning sunrise hours before work and soak in the sunshine vibes! 🌞
