ROLLING THURSDAYS – Skate Jam Norway 🎉
Join us for our weekly roller dance and community sessions at Sentralen, Oslo! 🌟
Running from January to June 2026, these sessions are perfect for all skill levels and focus on technique, musicality, personal expression, and connection on wheels.

Weekly Schedule:

16:30–17:30 — Kids & Family (ages 5–12)

• A playful and inclusive introduction to roller skating.
• Focus on foundational skills, balance, safety, and creativity.
• Adults or older siblings connected to the child are welcome to join, but participation is optional.

17:30–18:30 — Beginner Adults (13+)
For those new to skating or looking to build confidence:

• Basics & foundations
• Balance and control
• Simple step combinations
• Groove, musicality, and personal style

18:30–19:30 — Intermediate Adults (13+)
For skaters comfortable with the basics:

• Freestyle training with an emphasis on technique
• Flow, musicality, and expression
• More complex step combinations
• Introduction to spins and rotational control

19:30–21:30 — Open Jam (all ages)
A relaxed and creative space to roll, dance, practice, and connect. Drop-in always welcome! 🙌

Prices – Full Semester (Jan–Jun 2026):

• Adults (Beginner & Intermediate):
  • 2000 NOK (own skates)
  • • 500 NOK skate rental
• Kids & Family:
  • 1 child + 1 adult: 2000 NOK
  • 1 child alone: 1500 NOK
  • • 500 NOK skate rental
• Drop-in Classes:
  • 200 NOK (own skates)
  • 250 NOK (with skate rental)
  • Drop-in only if spots are available.
• Open Jam:
  • Free with own skates
  • 100 NOK skate rental

Free Try-out Day – January 15:

• Free for all levels
• Sign-up required to reserve skates
• Limited spots available
• Not binding for the full semester.
