
Sahaja Yoga meditation course in English
Welcome to our Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings in English! 🙏 These sessions are free of charge and you can simply show up! Our diverse group includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds, each with different meditation experiences. Newcomers are always welcome!
During our gatherings, we typically sit on chairs or cushions, so there's no need to bring a mat, and you can wear your everyday clothes.
Meditation is about achieving mental silence or thoughtless awareness. In this state, you can embrace the present moment without being overwhelmed by past or future thoughts, allowing you to experience peace and joy. Regular practice can help you nurture this state of being within.
Our meetings are led by experienced volunteers who provide guidance to help you get started. We start with a brief introduction to meditation, followed by meditation exercises. You’ll also receive tips for meditating at home. After our session, enjoy a cup of tea and an opportunity for questions! ☕
