• Denise Foster, a Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, enriches the experience with crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum, rain stick, bells, and more, bringing relaxation and grounding throughout the session.
• Enjoy a seamless transition from breathwork into a soothing sound bath, enabling your mind and body to find stillness and restoration.
