Immerse yourself in a tranquil journey with our Sound Bath Experience! 🌊
Join us for a relaxing session featuring over 14 crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, handpans, a gong, and soothing sounds of rain and ocean. These harmonious tones will help ease your mind and spirit, releasing stress and restoring balance.

About 10 minutes into the experience, a Holy Fire® guided meditation will deepen your relaxation. We provide all essentials like yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks. Feel free to bring your own bolster or personal comfort items for enhanced support.

Every sound bath is unique! You might enter a meditative state, feel emotions, experience vivid imagery, or simply enjoy deep rest. All reactions are welcome and wholly natural. Remember, some participants may fall asleep—this is a common and normal response!

To maintain a calm environment, we offer nasal strips and suggest gentle head elevation if needed. Should nearby snoring occur, feel free to raise your hand for support. Our intention is a respectful space for everyone to relax fully. 🌈
