Join us for an invigorating evening of fitness and relaxation!

Program

🕠 17:30 – Arrive prepared and ready to run!
🕡 17:35 – Easy-paced social run (5-6 km) – all are welcome!
🌈 We run together, so no one gets left behind.

After the run, unwind with a Saunagus led by HeatHarmony!
Enjoy refreshing drinks from Vitamin Well and PurePower.

What to Bring

• Towel
• Swimwear
• Flip flops (or Crocs 😉)
• Water (and lots of it!)

💰 Price: 150 DKK (Registration is binding)
You can leave your belongings at HeatHarmony while we run and enjoy the sauna. Changing facilities are available!
