Deuce is an open-source shared workspace where your whole team and an AI agent work side by side in real-time channels, each backed by its own isolated environment. I'll demo it live, share the story of building it (inspired by GitHub's ACE research prototype), and make the case that the future of AI-assisted development is shared, observable, and collaborative — not hidden in everyone's separate terminal.
