Join us for an interactive and educational workshop that delves into the narratives we've absorbed about sexuality. Discover how these stories influence your self-image and how you can rewrite them on your own terms!

This session beautifully blends sex education with creative writing, alternating between informative insights and engaging writing prompts. We’ll trace the narratives we've inherited, examine those we've created, and begin to construct new, compassionate stories that resonate with our true selves.

The goal is to reclaim the language and beliefs that limit our understanding of sexuality, empowering you to redefine what it means to be a sexual being. This workshop emphasizes awareness of how these stories affect our behavior and encourages proactive change.
