Kickstart your summer with StrongHER in 28, a transformative 4-week strength training program designed just for women! 🌟Join us at Heavy Weights Barbell Club and embrace the journey to build strength, confidence, and consistency.
What Awaits You:
- 💪 2-3 strength training sessions per week
- 🏋️♀️ Expert coaching throughout the program

- ⚡ Equipment includes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more!
Schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (4 Spots Available)
- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (2 Spots Available)
Investment for the Month:
- 🔥 3x/week – $150 + HST
- 🏋️ 2x/week – $125 + HST
