Join us for a joyful celebration of the Solstice on Forsøgsstationen! 🎉

This special event features:

• 🏃‍♂️ Contact Improvisation and Contemporary Dance Improvisation led by Sebastian Grubb, guiding our warm-up class filled with beautiful moves inspired by The Living Spine and movement research.
• 🎶 Live music by Andrés Manzur and Jairo Murua, presenting their instrumental project 'Pachadelic', influenced by classic western music, psychedelia, and cinematic sounds.
• 🥑 After dancing, partake in a Sunday family dinner—bring a dish to share!

PROGRAM:

• 15:00 Class/Warm-up with Sebastian
• 16:30 Open Floor JAM
• 18:00 Slow down to Closing Circle
• Post-Dance Relaxation: Bodywork and socializing!

Practical Info:

• 📍 Location: Sønder Boulevard 81, Vesterbro
• 💵 Contribution: 50-100 kr (cash or mobile pay #24339)
  • Free for Forsøgsstationen members.
• 🕒 Please arrive on time! Entrance will only open from 14:50-15:05 and 16:30-16:40.
• What to Wear: Comfortable, clean clothes (long pants and sleeves are recommended) and knee pads. Bring dry clothes for post-dance relaxation.
• 🚫 No phones during dance sessions, keep conversations to a minimum.
